Jane Hayden

Janie is an amazing and professional self-taught cook who has had her London based catering business for over 30 years, catering for many high-end politicians and celebrities along the way.  Her love and passion for cooking is shown in every sense of the word and this is evidently seen in the food that is produced for each event.

Owning a London based catering company for so many years has allowed me to meet and cook for loads of interesting people. Its been an amazing journey so far and I look forward to many more.

Thomas Mountford

Tom is a culinary trained chef from South Africa who is extremely passionate and full of energy. Having experience in top restaurants in South Africa as well as working on a 5-star super yacht in the Mediterranean, Thomas brings a young, fresh and trendy aspect to Mustard and Honey.
